Jessica brings extensive business skills and experience, supported by a degree in Business and Commerce. Driven by her passion for continuous growth and learning, she in currently advancing her studies with CPA.
Having established herself as a diligent and dedicated professional in her previous roles, Jess is poised to bring her expertise and fresh perspectives to the table. Her past experiences have equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of the business world, making her a valuable asset. As Jess reintegrates back into the team, she eagerly anticipates reconnecting with familiar faces and forging new connections.
Despite her busy schedule, Jess prioritizes maintaining a healthy work-life balance. When she’s not immersed in work, you’ll often find her lacing up her running shoes for marathons, a pursuit that brings her immense joy and satisfaction. Additionally, she enjoys Pilates, finding solace and strength in its mindful movements. Above all, Jess cherishes spending quality time with her family.

Meet Martyne Abbey
Martyne is a client favourite, known for her many years of experience and expertise as our tax accountant.
Coming from a family of business enthusiasts, it was only natural for Martyne to pursue a career in Accountancy, specializing in Taxation. Graduated from Deakin University and have furthered her studies in Project Management, International Trading, and Corporate Structures. With over 35 years of experience in Accounting and Taxation Practices, along with a decade serving as a Corporate Accountant for a Group of Companies, she brings a wealth of expertise to the table.
But let’s move on from the formalities. In her downtime, you’ll find Martyne teaching Rock’n’roll dancing and participating in the Rosewood Working Horse Club, where she competes in Team Penning and Team Sorting.
Martyne loves to joke and banter, so expect a lively exchange when you visit her. Her aim is to alleviate the stress of financial matters for our clients while also enjoying a good chat.
Having started her career in Browns Plains, she said it feels like a homecoming to be back here working in the Browns Plains office.

Paddy is the Director of Peak Value Advisory and has been a respected practising accountant for more than 15 years.
As the Managing Director of five successful accounting businesses, Paddy has built a reputation for guiding clients through business consultations and tax advice with expertise, earning their trust and admiration along the way. This recognition reflects his unwavering commitment to excellence and passion for helping businesses thrive.

Meet Linh Chau, CPA
Linh is a CPA with over 10 years of experience and a genuine passion for supporting small businesses, particularly in the hospitality sector. Having grown up working in her family’s businesses and even running her own, Linh brings firsthand knowledge and practical expertise to every client relationship.
A graduate of Queensland University of Technology, Linh’s career has spanned tax, business advisory, and consulting roles across both the private and public sectors. She has developed a strong industry specialty in hospitality, helping cafes and restaurants navigate the unique financial and operational challenges they face. With a special interest in taxation law, Linh is dedicated to continually researching complex issues to deliver informed, strategic advice tailored to each client’s needs.
Client service is at the heart of Linh’s approach. She takes the time to understand each client’s goals and expectations, working collaboratively to achieve the best possible outcomes.
A fun fact: Linh is also a Justice of the Peace, able to sign important documents and make things official when needed.
Outside of work, Linh enjoys spending time with her family and playing badminton.

Welcome to the Peak Value Advisory world, where every interaction begins with a warm welcome from Robyn. With over 30 years of experience in administration and customer service, she is not only the heart of our team but also the foundation of our day-to-day operations.
As the Office Manager, Robyn oversees everything from bookings and inquiries to ensuring our processes run smoothly, coordinating team schedules, and making sure that no detail is overlooked.
Robyn’s commitment to organisation and efficiency keeps our team and clients connected, and her leadership creates a seamless experience from start to finish. Her meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving skills ensure that clients feel valued and cared for at every step. Robyn puts her heart into everything she does, and many of our clients can attest to her dedication. She has a strong focus on customer service and plays a vital role in supporting clients and ensuring their experience with us is smooth, professional, and welcoming.
Outside of work, Robyn is a proud nannie to two lively grandsons who keep her on her toes. She’s also a passionate cook and a gracious hostess, delighting in gathering loved ones around the table with her culinary creations.
