Service scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in your specific engagement with us—not solely by general website content.

We may refer you to third-party professionals (for example legal, financial product, or specialist advisers). Any referral is made in good faith; separate terms apply between you and those third parties.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the site. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, data, or accounts.
• Introduce malware, scrape content at scale without permission, or interfere with site security or performance.

Fees for professional services are specified in your engagement letter. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within the stated period. We may charge interest on overdue amounts as permitted by law and suspend work until outstanding amounts are paid.

Third-party costs (government charges, software, valuations, or disbursements) may be passed through to you where agreed in advance.

All website content, branding, logos, text, graphics, and layouts are owned by or licensed to Peak Value Advisory and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only.

Deliverables prepared for clients under engagement remain subject to the intellectual property terms in that engagement. Unless agreed otherwise, you receive a licence to use deliverables for your internal business purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, guarantees, and conditions implied by law in relation to website use. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
