A CPA, property investor, and business strategist, Paddy specialises in helping business owners and investors build wealth through smart structuring and tax strategy. He has been personally involved in property development projects exceeding $25 million and holds a portfolio of over $5 million across residential and commercial assets, which means the advice he gives comes from lived experience, not theory.

 

His background in software development gives him a sharp eye for systems and technology, always looking for smarter ways to work and ensuring clients benefit from the latest tools and efficiencies. Known for his calm, steady approach, Paddy is the kind of advisor you want in your corner when the decisions matter.

Senior Accountant

Martyne is a client favourite and once you’ve worked with her, it’s not hard to understand why.

 

With over 35 years of experience in accounting and taxation, including a decade as a Corporate Accountant for a group of companies, Martyne’s credentials are formidable. She graduated from Deakin University and has since furthered her expertise in Project Management, International Trading, and Corporate Structures. Coming from a family of business owners, a career in accountancy  particularly taxation was a natural fit.

 

But let’s move past the formalities. Martyne has a sharp wit, a genuine warmth, and a real gift for taking the stress out of financial conversations. Expect a lively exchange, a bit of banter, and advice you can actually act on. Outside the office, you’ll find her teaching Rock’n’Roll dancing or competing in Team Penning and Team Sorting at the Rosewood Working Horse Club. She’s excellent at those too.

Her particular passion is taxation strategy, business structuring, and property investment,  helping clients cut through the complexity and build long-term wealth with confidence. She has a gift for taking complicated problems and turning them into clear, practical advice that clients can actually act on.

 

Outside of work, Linh enjoys time with her family, staying active, and a competitive game of badminton.

With over 30 years of experience in administration and customer service, she handles it all with a calm efficiency that makes it look easy.

 

As Administration and Client Services Manager, Robyn is often the first person clients speak to and the standard she sets from that very first interaction says a lot about how Peak Value approaches everything. Her attention to detail and genuine care for the people she works with means clients feel supported at every step, not just during the big moments.

 

Outside of work, she’s passionate about cooking and entertaining, and loves spending time with family and friends. The same warmth she brings to the table at home shows up here every day.

Jill has been working in tax since the 1990s which means she has seen just about everything the Australian tax system can throw at a client, and knows exactly how to handle it.

Over more than three decades, she has worked with a genuinely diverse mix of clients: sole traders, partnerships, companies, trusts, retirees, and everyday investors who just need someone they can trust to get it right. As a Chartered Accountant and a Justice of the Peace, she brings deep expertise and a quiet authority to every conversation.

For Jill, accounting has never been just about compliance. It’s about clarity. She takes genuine pride in making sure clients not only get the right outcome, but actually understand why.

Whatever spare time she can find, she’s either lacing up her ice skates or halfway down a mountain. She’s as sure-footed in both as she is at the desk.

Currently completing her CPA, she is passionate about delivering accurate financial and taxation solutions that make a real difference to the clients she works with. Her expertise spans CGT advisory, individual tax returns, BAS and IAS preparation, tax compliance, financial reporting, management accounting, payroll support, and business setup, a broad skillset she continues to build with every engagement.

 

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Commerce and a Masters in Professional Accounting, and brings the same thoroughness to her professional development that she brings to her work.

Lorna brings over five years of bookkeeping experience to the Peak Value team and the kind of attention to detail that means clients can hand over their financial records and genuinely stop worrying about them.

 

Her expertise spans accounts payable and receivable, payroll, invoicing, bank reconciliations, financial reporting, and bookkeeping administration. She works best in environments where there’s a lot to manage and the details matter. Reliable, approachable, and solution-focused, she builds real working relationships with clients and colleagues that go well beyond the numbers.

 

Away from the office, Lorna is most at home outdoors: camping under the stars, exploring new places, or heading out on horseback through the countryside. Her down-to-earth nature and genuine sense of adventure carry through into everything she does.
