Welcome to my world of numbers, strategies, and innovations! I’m Paddy Beeraka, a CPA from Australia, and I’m thrilled to share a glimpse into my professional journey with you.

As the Managing Director of five successful accounting businesses, I’ve had the privilege of guiding my clients through Business Consultations and Tax Advice, earning their trust and admiration along the way. Their praise is a testament to my commitment to excellence and my passion for helping businesses thrive.

With a background in Software Development, I possess a unique perspective that complements my accounting expertise, especially when it comes to understanding and optimizing accounting software.

Meet Debbie

Passionate about helping small to medium businesses

Over the years, I heard all the issues and dread people like yourself have when it comes time to do tax or deal with the Australian Taxation Office. Many members of my own family operate a small business so I know first hand how difficult it is to navigate the minefield of legislation and information out there. I have been involved in all facets of accounting over the past 35 years from simple accounts to payroll and reporting. I have performed accounting duties in many different industries including the State Government. I spent many years performing Financial analysis using financial ratios and general accounting knowledge.  I find taxation a fascinating area as it is always changing, so much so that I formed my own company 12 years ago in a bid to offer the service that clients should be receiving and sadly don’t. It is so rewarding knowing that my clients love my work and are always satisfied with the results. Our clients come from all over Australia so location is not an issue. Currently, we offer a visiting service for 1 week in the lovely Fraser Coast region of Hervey Bay.

I work hard for each and every one of them as I know that if someone is sitting opposite me, chances are they know next to nil about tax and what they can claim. Most accountants will not provide this information for fear you might leave and do your own tax returns. I do not agree with this philosophy as it is your tax not mine! An appointment with us is never 10 minutes! Allow at least 45 – 60 mins. So if you would like to see if I can get you a better result than you usually get, what do you have to lose?

Meet Martyne

Meet Martyne Abbey,   Our newest Tax Accountant here at Peak Value Advisory.

Coming from a family of business enthusiasts, it was only natural for Martyne to pursue a career in Accountancy, specializing in Taxation. Graduated from Deakin University and have furthered  her studies in Project Management, International Trading, and Corporate Structures. With over 35 years of experience in Accounting and Taxation Practices, along with a decade serving as a Corporate Accountant for a Group of Companies, she brings a wealth of expertise to the table.

But let’s move on from the formalities. In her downtime, you’ll find Martyne teaching Rock’n’roll dancing and participating in the Rosewood Working Horse Club, where she competes in Team Penning and Team Sorting.

Martyne loves to joke and banter, so expect a lively exchange when you visit her.  Her aim is to alleviate the stress of financial matters for our clients while also enjoying a good chat.

Having started her career in Browns Plains, she said it feels like a homecoming to be back here working in the Browns Plains office.

Martyne looks forward to meeting and working with each of you soon.

Meet Audrey

Meet Audrey Yeo,  Audrey is currently serving as one of our new Accountant’s at Peak Value Advisory here in our Brown’s Plains Office.

Audrey brings a wealth of accounting expertise honed over 18 years of dynamic experience across prestigious institutions in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Auckland, Singapore and Indonesia. 

With a diverse background spanning banks and insurance companies,  Audrey has cultivated a robust skill set encompassing financial accounting, financial performance analysis, tax, internal control audit and IT system business analysis.

She embarked on a specialization journey in Australian taxation, successfully completing the subject of Australian taxation law. She is continuously upgrading her knowledge, hence studying Advanced Australian Taxation Law.

Fluent in English, Bahasa Indonesia, Malay, and proficient in Mandarin,  Audrey possesses exceptional communication skills that enable her to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. Her recent relocation to Brisbane from Sydney reflects her eagerness to immerse herself in the local community and contribute her expertise to the Queensland market.

Beyond her professional endeavours,  Audrey has a passion for dragon boat racing.  As a former member of Mavericks Dragon Boat in Sydney, she actively trained for competitive racing and now seeks to integrate into the vibrant dragon boat community in Brisbane.
